Changes from Version 1:
Due to the large number of changes applied to the map, the changes listed
here will be more general then in the past. In addition, not all changes
may be listed here.
- The Belm Rifle has been fixed so that joiners see it firing straight,
and boasts a new cross-hair.
- The ROLIPRM gun and SEDEPR Launchers have changed appearances and HUD
cross-hairs.
- The Banshee and Ghosts appear to be damaged, are "on fire" when in use,
and the Banshee leaks smoke from the cockpit. The Banshee also fires a new
secondary projectile, and has a slower maximum speed then in the pervious
version.
- Both of the Warthogs look like Rocket Warthogs and have blue cabin
lights.
- There are now two crashed drop-ships: a Pelican at Blue Base and a
Spirit at Red Base. Covenant crates can also be found near the Spirit.
- The crashed Spirit has a less prominent anti-grav field.
- Covenant Shields are found at both bases in defensive positions around
the bases' front and back entrances.
- Many trees have been added to the map to give more of a forest feel.
- The rock in the lower Red Cave is now the large rock from The Truth and
Reconciliation (A50 rock large).
- There are new symbols on Red and Blue base.
- The Sky has been modified for a new look.
Notes of Importance:
- The Covenant Shields surrounding the bases can only be deactivated by
plasma-based explosions or by vehicles running them over. In both cases,
they should re-appear (but vehicles will render the shields inoperative for
a much longer time).
- Joiners without the mod should not be able to join.
- Be careful when using the Banshee's secondary fire. It inflicts high
damage on it's target, but also weakens the pilot, and thus leaves the
pilot more vulnerable to enemy fire.
- The Belm Rifle now appears to be firing straight for joiners.
- Although the ROLPIRM Gun and SEDEPR Launchers look different, their
projectiles remain unchanged.
- There are two Easter Eggs on this map. See if you can find them.

 | 1. Unless otherwise specified, Download Accelerators will not work. Our servers are generally fast enough to download from, and using Accelerators would use up slots for other users. You can still use them, but it will not succeed in multiple connections.
2. In relation to #1, you can only download one file at any one time. When using browsers, especially Internet Explorer, to download, it can sometimes leave a connection open to the FTP preventing you from clicking to download a second file straight away.
3. Because FTP servers are used, your browser may report incorrectly when it is busy. Please note the 'Usage' meter indicates how close the FTP is to being busy. If it reports 'Unknown', it is most likely because the server is currently down. |
